Description
Hi! My name is Mallo, I’m 19 (turning 20 soon). I’m currently in my second year of a DN MADE degree in fashion image and media, which focuses on fashion photography. However, I’m planning to change my path and pursue studies in medicine.
People would describe me as cheerful, very smiley, ambitious, and always busy doing something or discovering new things. I’m naturally very curious and love learning.
In my daily life, I’m passionate about photography and fashion, but also literature and music. I’m very sporty, having practiced more than 20 different sports, and I’m also very hands-on and creative. I enjoy activities such as painting, crochet, drawing, embroidery, sewing, and many others.
Alongside my studies, I work around 40 hours per week as a bakery sales assistant. I also regularly take care of three boys (aged 4, 9, and 13) five times a week.
I have a special connection with people, especially children, which is why they are such an important part of my life. During school holidays, I also work as a camp counselor, mostly with children aged 8–13, and sometimes with younger ones.
I love discovering new things and challenging myself. That’s why I chose to go abroad for an internship in a country where I don’t know anyone and don’t speak the language.
My main goal is to return to France speaking fluent English and Italian, but also to meet amazing people and create meaningful connections that will become part of my life story.

Languages
Languages spoken
French: Fluent
English: Beginner
Italian: BeginnerMore details about my language interests
I would really like to improve my English and learn Italian because languages represent much more than just communication to me — they are a way to truly connect with people and understand different cultures. Learning English is important for my future, both personally and professionally, especially as I am considering studying medicine. It would allow me to communicate more easily, access more knowledge, and feel confident in an international environment. As for Italian, I am particularly attracted to the culture, the lifestyle, and the language itself. Being able to speak Italian would make my experience much more immersive and meaningful. More than anything, I want to learn by living the language every day — through conversations, sharing daily life, and building real connections. My goal is not only to improve my language skills, but also to grow as a person, become more independent, and open-minded. -

More details about your skills
I have strong skills in managing daily life with children, as it is a big part of my everyday routine. I am patient, caring, and attentive to their needs, while also ensuring structure and safety.
As a native French speaker, I can help children or adults improve their French, whether through conversation or more structured learning.
I am also able to assist with homework up to high school level, and sometimes beyond depending on the subject.
Additionally, I grew up in a family of organic market gardeners, which gave me solid knowledge of farm life. I am comfortable with tasks such as taking care of animals, working in a vegetable garden, and maintaining plants and flowers. I enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind physical tasks. -
