Hello!

My name is Sabeth, I’m 27 years old and come from a small town in Germany, close to the French border. I recently finished my degree in special education, with Biology as one of my subjects. Before starting my career as a teacher, I would love to take some time to travel, collect new memories, spend time in nature and discover new places and ways of living.

I’m here because I’d love to help you with your everyday life, get to know your culture and share some experiences along the way. I’m happy to help with cooking, cleaning, shopping, gardening or whatever else needs to be done. I’m reliable, organised and open-minded, and I enjoy learning new things and giving things a try. Through my studies and training, I also really enjoy working with people, especially children and people who need some extra support.

I have always been very interested in plants, animals and nature and know quite a bit about botany. My family used to have sheep and goats, which I helped take care of, and I’m also comfortable with dogs, cats, chickens and other animals. I’m particularly interested in ecological gardening, growing your own food and sustainable ways of living. I’m also curious about ecological building methods, such as natural insulation, lime mortar or stone houses, and would love to expand my knowledge in these areas.

In my free time, I love being creative – taking analogue photos, making jewellery, writing, drawing and listening to or making music. I also enjoy bouldering and climbing, hiking, spending time with friends and, in general, being outdoors and close to nature. Living in a way that is respectful and mindful of our environment is important to me.

I’m currently also trying to improve my French, so I’d be especially happy to meet people and experience a different culture and language! 😊

My boyfriend is bilingual in German and French, and we would like to move (back) to France in the future. That’s why I’m very interested in learning French and would love to improve my language skills, especially my speaking and communication skills. I’d be happy to practice through everyday conversations and get to know the language and culture along the way. 😊

I am happy to help with a wide range of tasks and am always open to learning new things. I can easily manage everyday household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping and keeping things organised. I am reliable, responsible and structured.

I have experience caring for animals, as my family used to have sheep and goats. I am also comfortable with dogs, cats, chickens and other animals. I enjoy gardening and would be happy to help with outdoor work, as well as small DIY or practical tasks. I am not a professional, but I am willing to learn.

As a trained special education teacher, I enjoy working with people, especially children and people with disabilities or support needs. In general, I am flexible, open-minded and happy to help wherever I am needed.
