Description

My name is Luka. I grew up in the Netherlands and have been living in Amsterdam for the past several years.

For quite some time, I’ve felt a strong desire to travel more and step outside of my comfort zone. Doing Workaways in different parts of the world feels like a beautiful way to experience exactly that.

I’m a creative person with a passion for photography, filmmaking, and creating collages. I’m inspired by different cultures, architecture, natural building techniques, textiles, crafts, people, and vibrant color combinations.

I would love to immerse myself in a new environment for a while, connect with new people, and gather inspiration for future creative projects.

I’m a creative person with a strong passion for photography and filmmaking. I also enjoy helping with DIY projects, painting, styling, and other creative tasks where I can bring ideas to life.

Organizing
I enjoy organizing spaces and creating calm environments. I often help family and friends declutter, reorganize, and restyle their homes.

Gardening
Through several Workaway experiences, I’ve gained some experience with gardening and outdoor work. I enjoy being outside, learning new practical skills, and working with nature.

Working with Children
When I was younger, I did a lot of babysitting as a side job. In recent years, I’ve worked with children in asylum seeker centers in the Netherlands and with children with a physical disability in Nepal.

Hospitality
In the Netherlands, I’ve worked in hospitality and museums, which gave me experience in welcoming guests, customer service and being a waitress.
