Description

I love life, look forward to making new friends and experiencing different ways of life. I grew up in Alaska on a homestead. The nearest grocery store was an hour away by car. I went to the University of Alaska Fairbanks receiving an interdisciplinary degree in Health and the environment.. I currently live in Montana working at a hand dyed yarn shop. In the fall of 2022 I spent 3 months in Ireland where I spent time WWOOFing. I really enjoyed my time there and the experiences I gained from working at 2 different farms. I hope to continue my journey learning about different farming strategies on my current trip to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. My hobbies include reading, crochet, jewelry making, food and animals. I am a Christian and love to discuss why I believe what I believe. Traveling is something I always look forward to and hope do the rest of my life.

I have experience taking care of horses, alpacas, dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits goats, and pet fish. I am an excellent cook and baker. I can make tasty dishes with whatever is on hand. I have knowledge in gardening and fiber crafts.I grew up having a garden every year and since then have learned a lot about permaculture. I am an advanced crocheter and teach it is well. My time of growing up on a homestead and taking care of different farms has taught me to think outside the box for solutions to problems as well as being able to work independently or being part of a team.
