Hi Everyone, I'm Kat!
I'm a holistic health and wellness enthusiast, lover of travel, nature, animals, and of life! I love exploring and discovering the magic of nature and the people around me.
I love all things health-optimization and being a positive, lovely person! I am very spiritual and am dedicated to self-improvement. I am an Registered Nurse and have worked in hospitals for many years and have more recently helped set up a biohacking holistic health clinic in the Sacred Valley of Peru.
I am currently taking a health coaching certification course to help people return to their primal nature and be vibrantly healthy. I am recently pescatarian and am enthusiastic about home-cooked meals and experimenting with new recipes.
A person hobby of mine is making content for social media, this is something I can offer the space as well!

I'm a registered nurse who worked in trauma for 5 years before moving to Peru. One of my skills and passions is in customer service, I love connecting with new people. I am a hard worker, good at following directions, and working with nature. Also, decently talented at making content (videos, taking pictures) for social media.
