Hi, welcome to my profile :)
i’m Julia and i‘m trying to make the most out of my short life on this planet by volunteering in places around the world. 🌞
projects in the past have helped me realise how rewarding it can be to not only visit a new corner of the world as a tourist but to fully experience it by diving into the local culture, living amongst locals and giving back as much as i can with my own set of skills and experiences.
i’m always open to learn something new - be it a new language, the recipe on how to make your favourite dish or your perspective on the world. i‘m the happiest when surrounded by nature, animals and loving humans.
back home in Germany i spend my time with studying psychology, my friends, crocheting, reading and sketching from time to time. right now i‘m trying to get more into my creative side and it would be amazing if your project could somehow help in this aspect!

I speak German, English fluently, Polish on a very basic level. I also learned French and Spanish back in school. I’m already trying to freshen up my French again with lots of visits to my favourite country and a rather impressive streak on Duolingo!! I have some experience in teaching from my time in Ghana and Thailand, but also from some private lessons I gave back home. I really enjoy cooking and being creative in any way. I'm a quick-learner and not afraid of getting my hands dirty during work.
