Hello!

My name is Juan José Price (Juanjo is easier ;) ).

I am 49 years old and, after working for almost twenty years in the academic sector, I decided to quit and see the world in a different way — traveling slowly and living a simpler, more enriching life.

I have a big and beautiful family: my mother, five siblings, and thirteen nephews and nieces. My dad and my younger sister have left our visible world, but they are still always with us.

I also set up an NGO that for over three years supported young professional musicians and brought quality live music to communities all across Chile.

I like to think I qualify as a not-bad musician, songwriter and singer as well ;)) and I bring my guitar with me everywhere.

I also have experience as a Workawayer volunteer in France (2017) and Denmark (2019), both for work-related projects and both very enriching experiences.

For work reasons, I have also lived abroad for a total of four years between Australia, England and Denmark.

I have just finished walking part of the Camino de Santiago (Way of Saint James) in France and Spain. I am now in England until mid-October.

I am always interested in meeting interesting, authentic people and sharing everyday life with them.

Story teller: I took a theatre course (for beginners) a few years ago and love reading stories to children
I like working in the garden (I am not an expert but I know the basics and am keen to learn more)
I can be of help in the house with all class of domestic duties (e.g. cleaning)
I can teach math to school children as well as English and Spanish to children and adults.
Language exchange (I am fluent in English and Spanish and have an intermediate level of Portuguese and French. I am now learning italian).
