Description
We are currently in Thailand and travelling indefinitely 🥰
We are both passionate about nature, sustainable living and learning to live off the land. We also love animals, Indi having ridden since the age of 4 has done carriage driving to endurance riding.
Jamie's passions are plants and trees, he would also like to learn more about wood carving.
We are both interested in medicinal plants and anything that involves natural healing.
We would like to find hosts who we can be involved with whilst learning skills and sharing what we know 😊
We hold full clean UK drivers licenses and we do not smoke and very rarely drink 😀 -

More details about your skills
Indi - I have worked lots with animals, especially horses. Pet sitting, carriage driving, riding school and endurance riding.
My job in the UK was as a carer, working with palliative and end of life care which has put many things into perspective and given me a lot more compassion and empathy. I really enjoyed my job and will be returning to it again on return to the UK.
I have also been practicing wildlife photography for a few years now and am really enjoying it.
I previously worked as a gardener, had my own vegetable garden and know most trees and plants in my home country and am keen to learn more from around the world.
Jamie - I also have worked with animals across some small holding/farm and pet sitting opportunitys. Mostly dogs, cats, chickens, ducks. However with some work with Cows, sheep, horses, goats and pigs.
Through these and other opportunities I have also worked a lot in land care/ management with removing invasive plants to planting native as well as working with crops on an organic farm to germinating/ propagating and planting trees and a small amount of tree work.
Most recently I've been working hands on as a sort of general all-round with a mix of projects with renovating a cottage, some gardening work as well as some basic carpentry, mostly building fences and decking.
However I also assisted in building an eco composting toilet for a campsite project which is more the hands on organic hand tool type of carpentry I enjoy. -
