Currently spending June in Quintana Roo. I came to visit my brother who lives here but I want to do 2-3 weeks of workaway to have a purpose, meet new people, practice spanish, and have new experience!

Description

I am a 29 year old Irish woman. I am currently in Quintana Roo until the end of June and looking for a workaway experience for 2-3 weeks.

I am a secondary school teacher in Ireland and I am on my summer holidays.

I like to travel and see new places by making connections with people, having a purpose/some work to do, practicing a new language, and learning about culture and history.

What else ...

There are a few basic everyday skills I am particularly interested in learning if the opportunity arose, such as :
- learn to use a sewing machine
- learn first aid
- understanding a car engine
- learning a small variety of easy, healthy meals
- some form of self defence
- learn to play guitar

If any host has a workaway where there is also an opportunity for me to learn any of those please let me know :)
for example, even if you just have a sewing machine in your house and you would allow me to practise on it, I would love this
