We're interested in living the most out a country: nature, food and most importantly: people, connecting, vibin', feelin' like you're on the spot you should be on.

Description

We travel for meeting new people, eating good food and simply enjoying the present tense. New adventures with “where the heck am we” feeling is always what we strive for.
Guillaume is a high school math teacher in Canada and Evelyne studied in "Design de l'environnement" in UQAM, which basically is a broad design program that can lead to various jobs such as a regional planner or even designer of temporary urban spaces for various events.
We are a curious couple who loves to learn new skills to add to their arsenal. Guillaume is really good at picking up cuisine techniques, teaching French or English, maths or even science. Evelyne is fabulous with animals, kids, visualizing spaces (as a Designer!)
Together, we love diving, hiking, meeting new people around a meal and some boardgames.

In french, cause it's our first language:
Nous voyageons principalement pour les nouvelles rencontre, la bonne bouffe, mais encore plus simplement, pour vivre le jour le jour, le moment présent. Les nouvelles aventures avec ce sentiment d'être perdus dans un merveilleux environnement est ce qui motive nos choix de voyage. Vous savez, ce fameux sentiment de "mais où sommes-nous?"
Guillaume est un enseignant de mathématiques au secondaire (12-17 ans) tandis qu'Evelyne vient de finir son Bac en "Design de l'environnement" tout en entamant déjà sa Maîtrise.
Nous sommes un couple profondément curieux qui recherche à ajouter des nouvelles habiletés à son arsenal, de nouvelles cordes à notre arc.
Guillaume est très bon pour apprendre des techniques de cuisines, enseigner le français, l'anglais ou même (surtout) les maths. Evelyne est fabuleuse avec les animaux, avec les enfants et est littéralement l'experte pour visualiser des espaces. Sans parler qu'elle est une coloriste née!
Ensemble, nous aimons profiter des petits plaisirs de la vie: nous aimons manger, boire, faire de la randonnée, mais surtout, rencontrer des nouvelles personnes autour d'un bon repas communautaire ou encore d'un excellent jeu de société .

We are versatile, learn quickly. Any manual labor is fine, we can prep coffee a’right, core task around the house, of course. Working as a teacher, Guillaume is also really good at explaining things, making them simpler. Evelyne is good at teaching art, taking care of animals, babies (or just kid in general. Guillaume is also interested in that too!)...
But the biggest skill we have is our openness for adventure and our willing to learn.

Guillaume is a music maniac. He likes to DJ for a hobby. Evelyne is an artist. She would love to get back to painting. Finally, the happiest night for us is to get around a nice meal and play some boardgames afterwards or chill around a fire.
