  • Description

    Profile updated June 2026:

I am an artist, educator, traveler, and mother who loves bringing creativity into everyday life.

I believe creativity is a key life skill, especially for children, helping them develop confidence, imagination, and self-expression.

I love creating spaces where children and adults can explore, create, and express themselves freely.

I would love to contribute to your project by creating inspiring creative spaces, art activities, or a non-judgmental painting place inspired by Arno Stern.

I am happy to help with decluttering, organizing, simplifying, and creating more clarity, harmony, and ease in everyday life.

My name is Susanna. I am probably not the typical Workawayer, but a “best ager” with a young mind, curiosity, and a fit, active lifestyle. I enjoy meeting inspiring people with humor, spirit, and heart—people for whom conscious, mindful living and traveling are important values.

I am looking to step out of comfort zones and routines again, to gain new experiences, connect, and continue growing personally. I am looking forward to meeting you.

I bring extensive experience in education and care, including Waldorf and Montessori pedagogy, educational counseling, and Arno Stern’s Malort approach. I have worked across many fields: from children’s homes, daycare, kindergarten, and primary schools to supporting teenagers and working with refugees.

I am also a mother of three grown children, whom I raised on my own, and I have worked for more than 10 years as a volunteer in different contexts.

Alongside my educational work, I am a visual artist. Art has always been an important part of my life—I create murals, abstract paintings, and child-friendly artwork. I enjoy painting with children as well as independently, bringing color, imagination, and joy into spaces.

Over the years, I have lived and worked in very diverse environments: on farms, in tourism, in cities and the countryside, in the mountains, by the sea, and in the jungle
