Hello there! I'm Gethin, a 20 year-old from Wales.

Why Workaway? It's my way of not just exploring new places but also becoming a part of your community, experiencing your culture, contributing meaningfully, and leaving with heaps of cherished memories.

I have plenty of experience in carpentry and manual labour, and I am happy to help with any and all projects and tasks that need doing.

I am a very active person, having played rugby from a young age and have been doing martial arts for 6 years. I am extremely interested in engaging in new activities and experiences.

In terms of animal care, I've had a dog since I was young, cared for cats, and spent time around horses. I'm comfortable looking after animals.

I stayed at the orchard for 6 weeks and my experience was great. Accommodation and food costs were taken care of for me, and there was a truck available for use for 50c/km which I found very useful to get around and travel to activities.
