Description
Hello! We are Annie and Eva, a queer married couple in our early 30s who live in London (UK). After years of full-time work/study, we're leaving it all behind in August 2026 for several months of travelling and workawaying. We're keen to learn new practical skills, discover beautiful places and meet people from all walks of life!
Eva is a newly qualified therapist who's previously worked in theatre and music PR. She's laid back, social, loves cleaning/tidying/organising as well as being creative in any way (music, art, making things), and is happy to get her hands dirty with indoor and outdoor jobs. Eva has travelled the Americas solo before and done several workaways.
Annie works in health policy and is extremely active - she loves running, cycling, wild swimming, triathlons and more! She's very outgoing, friendly and fun-loving, loves being in nature and is a great intuitive cook who's also happy to muck in wherever needed. She has travelled extensively in the past, including volunteering for extended periods in East Africa and South Asia.
We have lived in warehouse spaces in London for the past few years, so have experience of communal living and always aim to be tolerant, peaceful and adaptable.
We speak fluent (native) English, as well as some basic German, French and Spanish between us (and would love to improve our Spanish and French). We're both pescatarians but fine with being in an environment where meat is cooked and eaten.

We're both fit and active, quick learners, experienced in physical volunteer work (gardening, heavy lifting, painting, cleaning etc) and Annie has been involved in education charity work.
We have customer service/hospitality experience (e.g. on hotel receptions, behind bars, in cafes etc). Both computer and social media literate. Eva plays piano and violin and has taught music in the past.
