Hello everyone!

I’m Yassi, I grew up in Montreal, Canada. After several years of exploring, working and volunteering across Latin America, Asia, and Europe, I’m now excited to embark on a new volunteering opportunities around the world and meet great people to connect with.

I’m a happy, self‑reliant person who thrives on adventure, meaningful work, deep connections with humans and nature, and personal growth. I value community and cultural exchange, and my happiest moments come from contributing to projects that make a positive impact on the community while learning from the people around me.

My days often include reading and practicing meditation to stay grounded.

Professionally, I have a diverse skill set:

Teaching & Language Exchange: I taught English in China, Vietnam, and the Czech Republic, and I love working with language learners and children in general.

Hands‑On Work: I’m comfortable with tools and enjoy tasks like gardening, basic maintenance, and caring for plants and animals.

Creativity & Outdoors: I’m a professional drone videographer (see my YouTube channel FlyFilmsbyYassi to see some of the work I've done).

I have played Waterpolo for 10 years and have done my first rescue course in Canada, so I can teach swimming or CPR techniques, which can save lives, especially around the water.

I love hiking and a beautiful view 😍

I am also a profesional host on Airbnb, managing 3 luxury properties in Mexico, making sure the property is always in the best condition possible and that the guests have the best experience. I've learned a lot about hospitality doing this for the last 2 years with the help of my team.

Yassine filled the camp with flowers and good taste art gifts je couldn't help himself buying and carrying for 3kms in the tropical heat.

Very gentle nature and great conversationalist.
