  • Description

    Greetings 馃槉

    ~ Intro

Ready for a rugged collaborative experience?
Great opportunity to learn the basics of land stewardship and infrastructure implementation.

Here is a small 1900 square meters birthing, minimalist rancho, 30 minute forest walk from Mazunte center with stunning sea view.

Populated with a usual bunch of happy campers, the place is perfect for proactive, autonomous beings open to share, live and learn in the opens.

    ~ Intention

To co-create a demonstrative, in sitiu platform for empowerment, sovereignty, agency, resilience and independence development through reappropriation of basic life skills.

    ~ Activities and schedule

We dedicate energy to projects 2 hours per day, 6 days a week.
This serves for everyone to dedicate more quality time for connection, introspection, personal projects and beach.

Before 8am : Optional daily practice, fruit, sleep

8am-10am : Work - After that the heat lowers enthusiasm drastically

    10am - 10:30 : Breakfast

5pm : Watering plants. People usually feel enthusiastic for some extra help at this time.

The entire environment acts and serve as an art canvas; every object plays its role and can further the beauty of the place.
An overarching system intelligence teaches constantly through continuous development of clear, precise, proactive communication and surrendering to the service of the collective emergent properties.

Garden is healthy and keep expanding with new landscaping opportunities

    ~ Community profile

    路 Meticulate space reading
路 Sharp system thinking and willingness to mingle with all its components
路 Sense of aesthetics, fengshui sensitivity
    路 Great tidyness
    路 handyness, ressourcefulness and efficiency
路 Tolerance for heat [some projects happen in shadeless areas - MUCH recommended to wake up and start early]
路 ENTHUSIASM and love of work -the little amount of hours required is intended to cultivate and maintain this loving relation
    路 Ressource intelligence
    路 Genuine willingness to help
路 {Very} low maintenance, experience living

    ~ Accomodations

Shelters are projected short term to host participants; meanwhile please bring your own tent; very few sleeping items available onsite and usually in use [temporary situation - we hope to offer comfort to all soon].

    ~ Finances

    Prime value: transparency

Given the little daily commitment and that the rancho counts with no source of income at the moment, we request a weekly contribution of 500 pesos for food supplies and services.

    ~ Distance

The walk to town is very nice and quiet, away from it all, yet very close.

    ~ Misc

Delicious and abundant deep well water, bonfires and quietude.
    Builders warmly welcomed 馃敤鉀忥笍

    ~ Hotpoints ~

** 35 minutes walk from town center
** HOT weather and some work physical.
    ** Early rising environment
    ** No electricity on site
** Minimum 2 weeks stay; then we reassess.
** Bring your sleeping arrangements [so far, the ones offered are usually occupied vit you might be lucky]
** Open and symbolic [yet precious, firm 300/week, yet negotiable] contribution for food, water and gas costs.
** Yoga class in the morning, 7:30

    ~~ In your message ~~

路 Your intention and why you feel called to this project
路 When you plan to arrive
路 When you plan to leave
路 Confirm that you aknowledged the bullet points

*** On the lookout for a coordinator for longer term stay.

    With love,
