My wife and I are about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime—traveling the world, meeting incredible people, and savoring delicious food along the way. This journey has been a long-held dream, and we’re thrilled to finally make it a reality. We’re starting our travels in Japan this September and plan to stay through October. Our goal is to slow travel, taking our time to truly immerse ourselves in each place we visit. Japan’s rich culture and beauty have always fascinated us, and we’re excited to explore it for about 3-5 weeks before continuing our journey.

As for our interests and skills, my wife finds joy in gardening, cooking, cross-stitching, and spending time with cats. She also loves helping out around the house. As a teacher, she’s adept at both teaching and learning new skills, particularly when it comes to engaging with children aged 5-11. She’s skilled in cleaning, organizing, and has a basic understanding of handiwork. She’s always eager to learn more, whether it’s building something new or tackling a creative project.

I’m passionate about writing, graphic design, and technology. With years of experience at Apple Inc., I’m highly knowledgeable in technology and troubleshooting. I also bring a wealth of experience in customer service and am quite handy around the house. Together, we enjoy using our creative talents to create social media content that reflects our love for food and travel. We’re excited to bring our enthusiasm and skills to each new experience as we travel the world.

I bring strong skills in graphic design and video editing, such as social media content, movie posters, event flyers, and advertising materials. My background in this area allows me to craft visually appealing and impactful content that can enhance branding and marketing efforts.

In addition to creative skills, I have extensive experience with Apple products and computers, making me proficient in technology and software-related troubleshooting. My years at Apple Inc. have honed my ability to solve tech issues efficiently. I also have experience leading a team, which has equipped me with strong project management and leadership skills, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time.

My wife’s many years of experience as a teacher, combined with her talents in organizing, cleaning, and handiwork, make her a great fit for various tasks around the establishment. She also loves cooking and gardening, which can help create a warm, inviting atmosphere for everyone. We’re both eager to use our skills to support the places we visit, ensuring they thrive while we immerse ourselves in new cultures and experiences.

What else ...

I have a few hobbies and interests that I’m passionate about. I love watching movies and collecting physical media as a hobby, and I always make it a point to visit local movie theaters wherever we go. I also enjoy writing, whether it’s short-form content or longer projects like movie scripts, and I’m always eager to learn new skills, especially those that spark my creativity.

While I might not have the patience for puzzles like my wife does, I still enjoy playing games—particularly movie trivia games or strategy-based ones. She’s a big fan of Ticket to Ride and really gets into puzzles. Together, we love checking out new restaurants, visiting historic sites, and learning about the culture and history of different areas. I’m particularly drawn to the ocean, and I enjoy swimming, even if the water’s a bit chilly. We also love finding great coffee spots and indulging in boba tea, which she absolutely loves.

These interests not only enrich our travels but also give us opportunities to connect with others and immerse ourselves in the places we visit.
