Hello! My name is Emilia and I'm a 22 year-old German student. I'm studying to become an English and German teacher, therefore I enjoy reading and writing as well as working with kids. I'm a very social person who loves connecting with all sorts of people, something that I look forward to the most through Workaway. I love learning about other peoples passions and interests as well as sharing my own, especially to learn about new perspectives and viewpoints. Because my studies involve a lot of pedagogy and internships in schools or activities with children in general, I'm very good with kids. My creativity plays a key role when it comes to working with kids. I've also been a tutor for almost a decade, tutoring kids of various ages and adults, too. Alongside my studies, I work in a cafeteria, meaning that I can adjust well to routines, even in stressful environments. This also made me very proficient in cleaning. I've also been living alone since 19, meaning that I have a lot of experience in handling a household, despite my age.
I might not be the most physically strong person, but I have a good work ethic and I find it important to work hard and give everything my all.

I mainly enjoy creative hobbies such as drawing, painting, journaling, writing (and reading), crocheting, etc. I'm always down for anything in that realm! Additionally, I love games of any kind, be it video games, card games or board games. I love to cook and would love to get better at baking. I even tend to enjoy more tedious things such as cleaning, especially when I can listen to the music that I love while doing it! Since I'm a very extroverted person, I love doing any of these things with friends or family as well.
