More details about your skills
Eva: I graduated from Smith College in May with degrees in anthropology and government. I've conducted academic research on community responses to fertilizer pollution, human foodways, and urban plantlife. I've also written public-facing content for botanic gardens and museums. I'm interested in environmentalism, feminism, and queer studies, and am passionate about building community, learning from the world around us, and making new friends :) I've worked for several years as a private tutor, specialising in teaching debate to middle and high schoolers, including several ESL speakers. I also have some experience with home gardening, and am really hoping to gain some handyman and repair skills :D
Elizabeth: I also recently graduated from Smith College, with degrees in history (emphasis in women's/US 19c and 20c) and chemistry. While in school I conducted research in both the chemistry and the history departments; worked as a tour guide; tutored middle/high schoolers in math, science, and writing; and worked a variety of museum-based educational and interpretive jobs. I was also deeply involved in residential leadership while in school. My teaching experience includes both one-on-one and classroom based work with children pre-k through 12th grade, including ESL and special needs students. I have some experience with graphic design, public writing and podcast production. I grew up on a small family farm in California and also have practical/professional experience with gardening, livestock care, and outdoor maintenance.

What else ...
Eva: I like to read (political theory, literary fiction, and natural history), cook, birdwatch, and hike! I love outdoors activities and am excited to explore new landscapes :)
Elizabeth: I am a former ballet dancer and I like watching weird movies, reading, and spending time in nature. I'm excited to meet new people and become involved in local communities.
