David is an experienced manager and leader with a Masters Degree (MBA) education and skills in all ares of business and management including Finance and Governance. David is a specialist in property development, and a qualified project manager (Construction & Development).
Eleanor is PhD qualified in humanities, academia, and governance, and is also a qualified teacher and scientist (Chemistry) . Eleanor is an expert in Research Ethics and Regulation and has mentored and guided students to achieve PhD qualifications
We have been married for 39 years and are the parents of 3 now adult children.
We both have skills in teaching and Eleanor has formal qualifications, music ( Piano / Trombone) and David is a qualified Ju jitsu instructor. David has sound practical skills in many areas of construction, renovation, building maintenance and garden maintenance. and is a volunteer within our local community assisting young adults obtain a drivers licence. Eleanor has been a volunteer assisting migrant families settle into life in Australia
We have both previously worked in several areas of hospitality including kitchen, food preparation, reception waiting and bar service work.
We have adventure traveled widely throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, India, China, the Middle East and Central Asia on our own camping and staying in hostels or homestays. We enjoy total immersion and learning in new cultures and languages, and in making a positive contribution to communities.Age
