I'm a naturopathy student and I practice foot reflexology, Bach flower remedies, essential oils, and energy healing.
Dancing is my biggest passion; it feels like true therapy for me.
I also practice yoga and Pilates, which are a cure for both body and mind.
Plus, I love plant-based cooking, and there's nothing more rewarding for me than cooking for others!
