Hi, I am Cynthia and I'm from Holland.
I've turnrd 60 in June and we say: you're as young as you feel 😀
As a single mother of 2 adult sons, I am flexible, responsable and used to hard working!
Since 2001 I worked as a teacher in Tourism & hospitality, but I took a sabbatical year in 2019 to travel to south-and middle America and Asia.
I have already worked at an animal rescue in Peru and at an vegan farm in Costa Rica, as well as an elephant rescue center in Thailand and I wanted to finish my travel volunteering at the Olympics in Tokyo, but due to the current Covid-19 crisis things worked out a little different alas..
Through Workaway I worked with a family in Chili and in Colombia and pn an organic garm on Yaiwan. Very different, but very nice!
I like to excercise almost daily (walking, swimming, fitness and yoga) and am concerned with animals, climate-change, environment and planet earth. Therefore I work as a local volunteer for WWF and on an Animal sanctuary in Holland
Since 2022 I was a member of Worldpackers. I worked a winter as a volunteer in Tanzania being an teacher to children and weeding with my host! -
