Description

I have spent the past 7 years seeking adventure around the world in many different forms. A lover of the natural world, I traveled by foot, bicycle and motorbike through many countries and landscapes. Along the way I have worked and volunteered as a means of immersing myself in the environment and learning from people and local culture.
In the USA I have a small business doing custom carpentry work as well as land development (heavy equipment, chainsaw work). I am passionate about building and working with the land. I love to learn skills and develop proficiency in many areas. I look forward to being of service and learning from these opportunities!

I am passionate about health and well being and studying practices from a holistic standpoint. Starting in New Zealand I began studying regenerative agriculture and natural building practices on farms and in communities learning from many knowledgeable people.

I was studying psychology in university, and though I left academia, I feel like my interest in understanding the spectrum of human behavior and conditions has only grown as I travel and encounter a diversity of backgrounds and experiences.

Growing up homeschooled, it gave me a unique opportunity to learn many practical life skills and a develop a strong work ethic. I am immensely curious about life and learning a diverse set of skills.

Since I was a kid, I've always loved electronics and mechanics. I take everything that breaks apart and try to repair things. I have been working on cars, motorcycles, and small engines for years and find great value in being self reliant.
We cooked all of our meals from scratch at home my entire childhood and have always loved cooking and using hand harvested and local products.

Chilldren are the future and I love witnessing them discover life and the uniqueness that they bring to the world. I have wanted to start working in childhood education, particularly relating to the outdoors and the natural world.
