Hello! I'm Augustė, a 19 year old graduate who is looking to spend her gap year meaningfully and adventurously by traveling the world and volunteering at once :) I love traveling, though my baggage of traveled countries is still quite small and I've only done it with parents or friends, I am determined to expand my horizons. I never turn down a task or even a challenge, and am always ready to complete it as best as I can. I haven't really done much voluntary work, but I'm always glad to help my friends, other students, teachers, parents or strangers. I joined Workaway because I want to experience something new and I believe that every adventure makes me grow and improve as a person.

• I love anything concerning food - whether to cook it or eat it. For this reason, I'd be glad helping with anything in the kitchen (though I'm not amazing at improvising 😅).
• I can also do many tasks in the house - just show me the way!
• I'm pretty familiar with gardening, as I live in the countryside myself. I can plant, water, harvest fruits, berries or vegetables and much more.
• I adore animals and don't mind caring and interacting with them.
• Finally, I think, I make a good teammate, so it can be expected that I'll complete my share of work and be willing to help out others. I do believe in the saying "teamwork makes the dream work"!
