Hellooo☀️
My name is Anne. I am 22 and studying geography in Leipzig, Germany. It’s the city where I feel at home.
My biggest interest now and for the past years has been sustainable agriculture. I have been working on a few alternative farms (they are called SoLaWis in Germany) and i want to do the vegetable gardening apprenticeship after I finish my studies. I also have a lot of fun with doing and creating things with my hands in general.
In my free time I love to be in nature hiking or swimming or just taking long walks. On the other hand I also love going out to dance! And i love cooking and sometimes also cleaning as a way to ground me.
My mission right now is to learn Spanish. I’ve been learning it for one year in university but with breaks in between and would be really happy to have a person to practice with :)

I believe I can work quite independently depending on the task and always motivated to learn new things.
I can always do household chores and have collected knowledge and practice in vegetable gardening and animal care here and there and I am very motivated to learn more!
I do have quite some theoretical knowledge of sustainable agriculture that I would like to see and practice. I also feel confident, and would be quite happy, to take over (small) building tasks. Especially with a brief introduction, because, even though I don't have much experience in handicraft tasks, that is one of the things I would like to do the most besides gardening. I am especially interested in everything in that field of building, crafts, gardening and animal care, but because I find a lot of joy in learning new things and getting as much different insights as possible, I am also open to any other tasks.
I would say I probably don’t have great expertise in any field but solid skills in a few and I love doing physical work :)

I believe in community and though I also need some alone time every now and then I would always prefer to get to know the people I’m staying with and not just live side by side because it’s convenient. Looking forward to meeting you!

  I am living mostly vegan when I’m on my own but depending on the circumstances I am also flexible. Although some things upset my stomach sometimes as I’m not really used to eating a lot of eggs anymore for example.
