Hi! I’m Airi from Japan🇯🇵, currently based in Aarhus, Denmark🇩🇰
I love the solitude and gentle kindness I feel in travel🍀

Over the past few years, I’ve gained experience through both volunteering and full-time work, including:

🇯🇵 In Japan, I worked as a picture book and magazine editor, and an elementary school teacher (licensed for both elementary and junior high) in Tokyo.
🇩🇰 In Denmark, I’ve stayed at two folkehøjskoler and volunteered through Workaway with artists, farms, and families. I’m currently studying Danish language and culture at university in Aarhus.

From July, I’m excited to travel, meet hosts and fellow Workawayers, and discover new ways of living and working!
