Description
I am a 25yo Australian who has been working as a landscape architect and I will be traveling for approx. 6 months... I am keen to experience new cultures and an alternative way of living.
Very few commitments at this stage of my life and have not volunteered abroad before.
I am self motivated and work well independently and in teams. I find pleasure in learning new things and improving my skills. I am skilled with plants and garden regularly, I also have completed a 2 week permaculture design certificate and horticulture experience.
I recently also completed study in project management which has increased my understanding of the project lifecycle.
I am hoping to volunteer for 1.5 months in two separate places - I would like to utilize my study and experience as a landscape architect, but am happy to learn new things as well.

I have a dutch heritage and my sister currently speaks some dutch. I began learning it but didn't follow through. However I believe if I was learning in person, I would be excited to learn a new language as its good for the brain.
