¡Hola! Mi nombre es Yosmer y te escribo desde Venezuela. Si tuviera que definir mi vida hasta ahora, diría que ha sido un viaje de adaptación y aprendizaje constante. He trabajado en un poco de todo, desde atención al cliente hasta proyectos sociales, y en el camino descubrí mi verdadera vocación: conectar con las personas y ser de ayuda.
Me apasiona convivir con gente de diferentes rincones del mundo, escuchar sus historias y aprender a trabajar en equipo desde el respeto y la empatía pura.
Me considero un 'todoterreno'. Aprendo rápido, no me asusta el trabajo físico y me encanta involucrarme en tareas donde pueda aportar creatividad o buena energía. Mi mayor motor para emprender este viaje es simple: quiero empaparme de nuevas culturas, aprender idiomas (¡que se ha vuelto una de mis grandes metas!), adquirir habilidades prácticas y, sobre todo, dejar un impacto positivo.

Hello! My name is Yosmer and I am from Venezuela. If I had to define my life so far, I would say it has been a journey of constant adaptation and learning. I have worked in a bit of everything, from customer service to social projects, and along the way I discovered my true calling: connecting with people and being useful.
I am passionate about living with people from different corners of the world, listening to their stories, and learning to work as a team with respect and pure empathy.
I consider myself a “jack of all trades.” I learn quickly, I am not afraid of physical work, and I love to get involved in tasks where I can contribute creativity or good energy. My main motivation for embarking on this journey is simple: I want to immerse myself in new cultures, learn languages (which has become one of my big goals!), acquire practical skills, and, above all, leave a positive impact.

If I had to describe myself, I would say that I am a person of action, responsible and able to adapt to any environment. My experience is quite varied: I know what the demanding pace of the hospitality industry is like, but I also know the human side of social integration projects and customer service.
I really enjoy manual and physical work, whether in the kitchen, maintenance or cleaning. However, I also have an organised side, so I can easily help out at reception, with administrative tasks or basic logistics on the computer.
As a lover of sports and nature, I always have extra energy to contribute. I love cultural exchange; I am a native Spanish speaker and have a basic level of English that I am super motivated to practise and improve. I travel with an open mind, ready to share what I know, work hard and absorb every lesson this experience has to offer.
