Since Nov. 2025 I am in Spain working remotely and searching for an experience in gardening, bio construction, permaculture, foraging and use of edible plants and housesitting.

Description

I am an easygoing Italian living in Amsterdam, working online as italian teacher.
Living in a city and in a cold climate it does not bring me joy anymore, any excuse is good to escape the grayness and spend the winter in south Europe or any warmer climate🌱where i am sure one day i will be back.
Also living in a city somehow pushed me towards the nature 🌱🌍💚
When i can, I learn about sustainable food systems, permaculture, bio construction, ecology, medicinal and edible plants etc. I am also a creative person and i like to sew, knit and dye with plants therefore I'd love to join a craft/artisans project. I am social and curious and people around me say i am balanced, i do not know if it's true but i feel there is always space for improvement.
i also like to meet different kind of people and discover that we can be similar and united even with little in common.
I traveled in Lebanon, Peru, Norway, UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Morocco, Sweden, Germany, Belgium
I lived in The netherlands, Spain, France, UK and Norway

Gardening: I take care of a small plot of land experimenting with no dig, companion plants, compost to regenerate it.
Olive and grape harvest
Preservation of food: fermentation, in oil, salt and vinager.
Low waste and seasonal and local cooking.
Dyeing with plants.
Starting a fire.

House renovation, some demolition to open the space, building small cabinets, refurbishing furnitures and tiling the bathroom.

My main bachelor is in computer graphic that gave me a broad knowledge of communication, aesthetic, cinema, 3D animation, video editing, color theory etc.
I create contents and manage a non profit instagram account.
I have a good knowledge of technology and socials.

2013-I volunteered with immigrants in italy teaching italian and helping them in the process of integration.
2020- i have volunteered with the Sisters of Mother Teresa in Tangier, Morocco to help with children living in the streets.
2024- I volunteered after the flood In the Valencia community

I am looking for an experience of community to share moments and work.
I prefer to share tasks with others but i can work by myself as well.
I am a visual learner and it takes me some time before finding my space and pace in new projects or interacting with new people, sometimes.

I am not vegetarian or vegan but i eat mainly fruit and vegetables 🌱
In 2019 I joined a food coop as active member and consumer to promote heathy, local and seasonal food habits.

In 2024 i discovered stand up comedy, balfolk and co-operative games and I added them to my list of interest.

I come from a family with a long volunteer background and that influenced me a lot.

I enjoy reading, dancing and taking pictures of everything i find beautiful.

I have a driving license B and I do drive actively.
