Description
Hello!
My name is Verena and I come from beautiful rural Austria. With my husband I lead a small farm, we are biodynamic vegetable growers, also taking care of a small herd of cows. We enjoy living in harmony with the seasonal changes and we are trying to work with the rhythm of nature. I already did some traveling with workaway in the past which gave me a lot of inspiration for starting our own farm back home five years ago.
Now, I would like to share experiences, help out with what I can offer and stay open-minded. Thus, I have decided, to take some traveling time during the autumn/winter season here in Austria, when there is less to do on our own farm (or not so urgent :) than in the other seasons.
I really would enjoy taking part in an olive harvest in Italy.
I enjoy learning and listening to foreign languages and I also speak the language of music, always having some guitar or Ukulele at hand to pull a few strings. -
