Description
Hello, we are Rebecca and Martim and we are really excited to have the opportunity to travel more this year :-D. We love meeting different people and experiencing new cultures and cant wait to visit Brazil!!!
We love animals, being outdoors, camping under the stars, music and song writing, cooking, dancing and board games.
Rebecca is from the UK, she runs drama workshops with community groups. She is very caring and patient. Martim is a musician / music teacher from Portugal. He is interested in football, politics and history. We have been together for 3 years and
have decided to take some time off to go on an adventure. We would love to do some work-aways as a way to gain new skills and meet new people. We are happy to share our skills and also hope to gain new ones!

Rebecca:
Care work - I have been a care worker for 15 years working with adults with disabilities and children
Drama and singing- I have a bachelors degree in Community Drama
Art - I have lead various art projects with different groups
Cooking - I love to cook! I was vegetarian for a long time so I can prepare meals without meat
Community Projects - I have helped organise community fundraisers and projects including a school in Nepal
Childcare - I have young nieces and nephews and have worked on summer camps
Gardening - I love being outdoors and getting my hands dirty
Woodwork - I know some basic skills with a drill and can put things together
English Language - I am trying to learn some Portuguese and id be happy to exchange!
Cleaning - always happy to help out and keep spaces clean and tidy
Animal care - have had many pets, and have volunteered with cat and dog sanctuary in India
Martim:
Music - I can play music around a campfire and play songs for people to sing, or teach guitar
Photography - I've been an amateur photographer for 20 years
Conservation - I've been volunteering in a few Country Parks with the West Lancs Ranger Service
Gardening - I volunteer at my local community garden
Woodwork - I can fix musical instruments and have some basic carpentry skills
AV Technician - A lot of my work consists of working as a Sound and Video
technician
Language - I can speak fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English
Painting and DIY - I have a bit of experience but would like to learn more
Cooking - My girlfriend loves my seafood rice, but I can also cook some nice veggie dishes
