Description
We are Peter and Alex, cycling to the East. We enjoy cycling, but sometimes it is nice to have a break from it, and stay at one place. What would be better than spending time with locals, and acquiring new skills? We also like spending our time usefully. That’s why we decided to do some workaway on our way. Peter has some agricultural knowledge and experience in construction of buildings, and also maintenance of cars, Alex speaks languages and has some experience already in wwofing and we are eager to learn more. So far, we volunteered in Albania, and in Greece. We participated in olive harvest for two months, which was very demanding, but interesting activity!

Peter worked 9 years in their family-run business, in the construction. From his father, he learnt many things in this field, he also helped him to build their weekend house. He has good driving skills and studies agricultural engineering.
Alex has some experience in permaculture and maintenance from workaway in Australia and New Caledonia and previously volunteered with mentally disabled people for a year.
We are both curious, willing to learn, persistent and hard-working.
