  Description

  Four years ago, we began living in the countryside with my partner Valentina and our young daughter. We currently live in the city for work, so we're taking advantage of the opportunity to expand our house in Corneche.
  
  Our idea is to start a small farm in the future where we can produce our own food and share this new way of life, reviving concepts that have been forgotten in our society today.
  The idea is to replicate this learning on our land, so we need help with construction, house maintenance, and working with the land. We want to use minimal resources and also reuse materials. We don't have many resources, but we have a lot of knowledge and good ideas that we want to share with anyone who wants to come and help us. We're also very open to volunteers who bring new ideas for our land.
  
  Our small plot of land is located in the commune of San Pedro de Melipilla, about 130 km from Santiago and about 90 km from Pichilemu, in a town called Corneche. The commune is known for its strawberry production. This small town is located far from civilization, approximately 6 km from a nearby business, but we have all the amenities we need to live a life without having to go into the city very often (electricity, water, internet, food, and our own transportation). A few kilometers away is the Rapel River, with beautiful scenery.
  
  Today, my partner (Valentina) and I are working, living in the city, and dedicating time to raising our daughter. Therefore, we travel every one or two weeks to our home in Corneche.
  
  We currently have our house available for the use of volunteers; we have all the necessary equipment to live comfortably and fulfillingly.
  
  Hace 4 años, comenzamos a hacer nuestra vida en el campo, junto a mi compañera Valentina y nuestra pequeña hija .Actualmente nos encontramos viviendo en la ciudad por motivos de trabajo por lo cual estamos aprovechando de ampliar nuestra casa en Corneche .
  
  Nuestra idea es poder formar una pequeña finca a futuro en la cual seamos capaces de producir nuestra comida, y compartir esta nueva forma de vida, retomando conceptos que hoy en día han sido olvidados en nuestra sociedad.
  La idea es poder replicar este aprendizaje en nuestra tierra, por lo tanto necesitamos ayuda en la parte de construcción,mantencion de la casa y trabajo con la tierra. Queremos utilizar el mínimo de recursos y tambien reutilizar materiales,no poseemos muchos recursos pero tenemos muchos conocimientos y buenas ideas que queremos compartir con todos los que quieran venir a ayudarnos; también estamos muy abiertos a recibir voluntarios que traigan nuevas ideas para nuestra tierra.
  
  Nuestra pequeña Parcela queda ubicada en la comuna San Pedro de Melipilla, a uno 130 Kms de Santiago y a unos 90 de Pichilemu, en una localidad llamada Corneche, la comuna es conocida por la producción de Frutillas, esta pequeña localidad queda alejada de la civilización aproximadamente a 6kms de algún negocio cercano, pero tenemos todas las comodidades para tener una vida sin necesidad de ir muy a menudo a la ciudad (luz, agua, internet, comida, movilización propia). A unos pocos kilómetros se encuentra el Rio Rapel, con preciosos paisajes.
  
  Hoy yo y mi compañera (Valentina) nos encontramos trabajando , viviendo en la ciudad y dedicando tiempo a la crianza de nuestra Hija, por lo que viajamos cada 1 o 2 semanas a nuestra casa en Corneche .
  
  En estos momentos disponemos de nuestra casa para el uso de voluntarios , tenemos todos los implementos necesarios para vivir de manera cómoda y satisfactoria .

  We can offer a very good company, this place is beautiful and needs a lot of help to be empowered, you will be able to learn about native flora and fauna, we like birds very much and this sector has a great biodiversity of flora and fauna. We are also very interested in combating the hunting of animals and the overexploitation of resources by agribusiness. We hope that the people who arrive come with the best willingness to help and make friends, we can offer them what a traveler is looking for, a place with little tourism, a place with a strong local culture, nature, and away from big cities, a simple life.
  
  Podemos ofrecer una muy buena compañía, este lugar es hermoso y necesita de mucha ayuda para poder ser potenciado, podrás aprender acerca de flora y fauna nativa, nos gustan mucho las aves y este sector posee una gran biodiversidad de flora y fauna.
  Tambien estamos muy interesados en combatir la caza de animales y la sobreexplotacion de recursos de la agroindustria.
  Esperamos que las personas que lleguen vengan con la mejor disposicion a ayudar y hacer amistades, podemos ofrecerles lo que un viajero esta buscando, un lugar poco turistico, un lugar con fuerte cultura local, naturaleza, y alejado de grandes ciudades, una vida simple.

  Help

  Today we are expanding our house with the help of my dad. We try to use materials with low environmental impact. We are also making progress in our garden and orchard, striving to work with natural agriculture.
  Since this is a country house, there are daily tasks such as maintaining the house, collecting firewood for the winter, composting our organic waste, and making a fire for heating on rainy or cold days.
  Most days, you will have to prepare your own lunch, and we will provide you with fruits, vegetables, grains, etc. You can use our kitchen without difficulty.
  You will work 5 hours per day (schedules will vary depending on the prevailing weather), and then you can go for walks in the forest, explore, and rest. If you like climbing, you can also try some routes we have equipped on a neighbor's plot. We love the outdoors, so we try to be very careful with the flora and fauna in the area.
  
  Hoy nos encontramos ampliando nuestra casa con la ayuda de mi Papá de manera fija , tratamos de utilizar materialidades con bajo impacto ambiental ,también estamos avanzando en nuestro jardín y huerta , procurando trabajar con agricultura natural.
  Al ser una casa de campo hay tareas diarias como mantener la casa , recolectar leña para el invierno , compostar nuestros residuos organicos , hacer fuego para calefacción en días lluviosos o fríos .
  La mayoría de los días tendrán que preparar su propio almuerzo ,y nosotros les proveeremos de frutas ,verduras, cereales etc. podrán usar nuestra cocina sin dificultad.
  Se trabajaran 5 horas por día (los horarios variaran dependiendo del clima predominante) y después puedes ir a caminar por el bosque, a explorar, descansar , también si gustas de la escalada podemos practicar unas rutas que equipamos en la parcela de unos vecinos, nos gusta mucho la vida al aire libre por ende tratamos de ser muy cuidadosos con la flora y fauna del sector.

  Accommodation

  Volunteers will be able to stay comfortably in our home. We visit Corneche every one or two weeks, so we'll have to share the space on the days we're there.
  Since we're not there permanently, Marco's parents live on the same property in a different house, so they'll be accompanied.
  
  Los voluntarios podrán quedarse cómodamente en nuestra casa , nosotros vamos a Corneche cada 1 o 2 semanas ,por ende los días que vamos tendríamos que compartir espacio .
  Al no estar nosotros de manera fija , los padres de Marco viven en el mismo terreno en una casa distinta por lo cual estarán acompañados .

  Volunteers with good disposition, lovers of the nature and the life outdoors ... If you have new ideas for our farm they will always be welcome.
  We would like very much that volunteers who have knowledge of Natural Agriculture, Biodynamic Agriculture, or Agroecology can be interested in our project, since we are learning every day and you would help us a lot if you worked with this beautiful garden.

  Nos gustaría mucho que los voluntarios que tengan conocimientos de Agricultura Natural, Agricultura Biodinamica, o Agroecologia puedan interesarse en nuestro proyecto, ya que estamos aprendiendo dia a dia y nos ayudarias mucho si vosotros trabajaras con este hermoso labraje.
