About Me

I'm a secondary school teacher, working with students from grades 5 to 10. Teaching is not just my profession – it’s a big part of who I am. I love inspiring young minds and watching them grow.

Outside the classroom, I’m an animal lover through and through. I share my life with a wonderful trained school dog, and I’ve always had a deep connection with animals. I enjoy spending time outdoors – whether it’s exploring new places with my dog, working in the garden, or being out on the water. Sailing gives me a sense of freedom, and I try to get out on a boat whenever I can.

In the winter, you’ll often find me in the mountains – I love skiing and also work as a ski instructor. I also enjoy speed skating, especially on long distances. It’s a great way to stay active and feel the rhythm of movement – whether on ice or wheels.

I’m also a passionate traveler. I love discovering new cultures, meeting people, and experiencing life on the road – especially when I can bring my dog along for the adventure!

Another big part of my life is music. I sing in both a band and an a cappella group, and I absolutely love performing and making music with others. I also enjoy horseback riding whenever I get the chance – it's another way I connect with nature and animals.

In short: I’m creative, curious, compassionate, and always up for a new experience – preferably one that includes a bit of music, motion, fresh air, and good company
