Description
A 60 old non smoker, careful listener, quite independent. As a previous woofer host I have entertained dozens of volunteers and know what upsets hosts... Don't ask question after question, if you see the host struggling help them. Get out of bed early work hard, keep it all tidy and put your tools away and disappear when there is a row going on!
Collecting a few countries, El Salvador 2016, Nappa Valley, California 2017, Maui Hawaii 2018, Israel 2019 and after co vid a fantastic stay in Mexico and Sri Lanka in 2022, I've had a year off to renovate my former hostel and had a fantastic trip to Argentina and Uruguay, 2024 doing carpentry and building. I'm headed to Thailand mid January to see a friend then looking to go to Vietnam for a month or so. Contact me! I love woodwork, experienced machine operate (chainsaws, excavators, angle grinders etc.) Qualified chemical sprayer, dog walker, house sitter, quiet calm man.

Hi! I am Stuart. 56 years old and a landscaper and contracter, English but living a lot of years in Southern Portugal.
I have built wired and plumbed my last two houses. As a landscaper i drive diggers, use chain saws, power tools. I am quite happy to work on my own if the hosts are busy. Age brings patience. I love dogs and happy to house sit or dog walk or drive, whatever you need!

I really enjoyed my stay in November December 2017. A really great warm house up in Strawberry and lots of fresh air. The shop is so cool and Admiral Bill who runs it is so calm and helpful- It is quiet and in a tiny hamlet, but great walks up to the lake and local bar.
