Description
Hello there,
My name is Sophie and I’m about to turn 29.
I’m an extroverted, bubbly, and approachable person who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and creating meaningful connections. I connect with others easily and love contributing to a positive, relaxed atmosphere.
I’m very observant and emotionally aware, which helps me read a room, understand different personalities, and respond to the needs of others with empathy. Growing up with three sisters, one of whom is autistic, taught me to appreciate that everyone communicates and experiences the world differently. I’m a good listener, adaptable, and naturally attentive to the people around me.
Over the years, I’ve also learned the importance of setting healthy boundaries and taking care of my own well-being. I believe the best relationships are built on kindness, mutual respect, open communication, and a good sense of humour.
Curiosity has always been one of my biggest motivations. I love to experiment and grow by trying things I have never done before. I enjoy deep conversations about life and learning from people with different experiences and perspectives.
I recently finished university and finally got my degree! :) I studied French and English to become a teacher. I love languages and, besides my native language (German), I speak English and French, as well as some basic Italian. I would love to improve my Italian since it is my favourite language. That is one of the main reasons why I want to spend some time in Italy and learn as much as possible.
However, it's not just languages that fascinate me. I love cooking and baking, trying out new recipes and improving them until they are just perfect and completely cruelty-free (I'm vegan 😉).
I also sing, dance, and play the piano and guitar. Sports are another big part of my life—I enjoy table tennis, swimming and diving, jogging, yoga, and basketball.
I want to cultivate a deep love for life, and who could be a better teacher when it comes to enjoying life than Italians?
I’m excited to get to know you and I’m looking forward to learning from you! -
