Hi! My name is Sebastiano. I’m a 26-year-old guy from Italy. I’ve been playing basketball since I was 6, and this sport taught me everything about teamwork and dedication. I recently graduated in Sports Science, and my dream is to become a physical education teacher in the future.

What brings me happiness? Simple things: staying active, listening to music, spending time with friends, and being surrounded by nature and animals (i love hiking and going on treks). I have been vegan for two years, a choice I live with great motivation and serenity every day.

I believe Workaway is a beautiful way to discover new places and meet people from different cultures. I want to challenge myself and help others with a humble and positive attitude.

I am a native Italian speaker. My English is at a school level, and I know a few words of Spanish. I am not fluent yet, but I am very motivated to practice and improve while I help you with your projects!

I am a dynamic person with a background in physical activities and manual work.

I grew up helping my father in the countryside. I have experience with grape harvesting (vendemmia) and general farm maintenance. I am used to physical labor, I enjoy working outdoors, and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty.

As a Graduate in Sports Science, I have worked as a Physical Education teacher and as a Personal Trainer in a rehabilitation pool. I am pretty good at motivating people and I have a lot of patience and communication skills.

I have some experience working in a professional kitchen. Although it is not my primary interest, I am happy to help with meal prep and keeping the kitchen organized.

My Attitude:
I am a very fast learner and I have a "can-do" attitude. I prefer practical tasks, especially those in nature, but I am open to learning any new skill you might need help with. I am humble, reliable, and ready to contribute to your project with my energy!

I am a very sociable person and I really enjoy being around people. I prefer staying in lively environments or with families rather than in very isolated places, as I love sharing moments and conversations with others.

In my free time, I really enjoy playing chess—not as a pro, just for fun! I’m also very interested in music and one of my goals for this trip is to finally start learning how to play the guitar. If you have one and want to give me some tips, I’d be great!
