I am taking a semester before my senior year of university so I can explore different cultures before I have to get a proper job.
Description

Hi,

My name is Shea and I am from the United States. I am currently studying mechanical engineering, and am about to finish my studies. Before I finish my studies and have to pay off student loans I want to spend some more time exploring different cultures and the world we live in.

I want to experience as much of life as I can and I think a great way to do that is by jumping head first into every opportunity I am given. I also love meeting and talking to new people.

I have done a few other Workaways a few years ago. Two in Spain and one in Jordan. I had a fantastic experience and I loved meeting all the new people and experiencing different styles of life.

I am hard working and love hands on labor, but most of all I am curious about what the world has to offer and I feel that there is no better time to figure that out than right now. I would love to work alongside anyone that will let me.

We were very happy to host Shea and we really appreciate all the work he left behind. Shea is physically strong and he enjoys working out. He is motivated to contribute as much as he possibly could. My stay at the ranger camp was an incredible experience. Thair and the rangers were so welcoming, and despite the language barrier, they did their best to communicate and engage with us. Everyone was so flexible, and it was delightful to have them share their culture with us and teach us about Jordan.
