I always wanted to travel and now I have the time and courage to do so. I am mother of a lovely grown up daughter and curious about the world around me and what else life has in store.
I`m an optimistic person who seeks to see the good in many situations. I love nature, the forest, the sea and exciting cities and and I love to meet new people who allows me to expand my mind. I`m very interested in history, in different cultures and in general different ways of living.
I am not afraid to take manual tasks and interact with others.

I grew up in a large family and my mother taught me everything about gardening, harvesting, preserving, housework, painting and handicrafts so I‘m familiar with all those kind of work and I love to help with it.
I am an educated occupational therapist and dressmaker. I have worked at a theater (stage properties and organization) and sewing studio, run a café, experienced to work in a youth hostel and as a therapist in a psychiatric clinic. Since 2019 I am working as a therapist in a retirement home offering various things for the residents, including biography work, communication groups, gymnastics and exercise and creative activities. I also started as a student of history.
I can help where help is needed. In and around the house, in the garden, I love to cook (especially interested in local food;) to sew, tidying up and cleaning and finding out what else need to be done:)

That was a wonderful experience!! Marie made me feel at home right away and I had a great room even with my own bathroom!
