Hi,
My name is Ruben. I am a student from the Netherlands. Soon I will begin my Masters degree in Journalism. In 2026 I will be having a gap year and looking to fill this time with new experiences and meeting inspiring people. Over the years I have travelled a lot in Europe and a few years I have also done some workaways. This year I want to give workaways a try again, as I enjoyed a lot those years back.
My interest are pretty diverse, but I love hiking and cycling. In general, I'm an outdoorsy person. I do however also love movies, with an eventual dream to work in the documentary branch! I am open for all kinds of work and experiences and already have experience with house renovations, sheep farming and general agriculture. I love practical work and would consider myself sociable and easy going :).
I speak Dutch and English, and a little French, German and Spanish.
