Greetings to everyone reading these lines!
I hope that soon we’ll hear each other in real life 👋😁

For now we’re not acquainted yet, so let me tell you a little about myself.

My name is Rafael. And despite my unusual name, I am from Russia. In fact, my whole life has been a bit unusual. For example, according to my mother, as soon as I learned to walk as a child, I never sat back in the stroller again. Since then, my legs have always carried me toward distant lands.

Throughout my whole life, I’ve either been walking or traveling somewhere. In school and college, I went on every excursion possible. While studying at a pedagogical college, I constantly worked in children’s camps — either helping children or taking part in various events and competitions. I visited more than 20 camps, and in most of them I was lucky enough to work as a counselor.

When I started working and earning money, I discovered Europe. I visited Paris and saw the Mona Lisa, traveled to Germany, Poland, Italy, and Croatia.

Those were just small trips during my vacations.

A bit later, I went on an eight-month journey across Asia, and it completely changed my life. I traveled through China, Tibet, India, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and many other places.

Along the way, I met countless wonderful people. Sometimes I volunteered, sometimes I worked for money, sometimes I stayed overnight in monasteries and temples… and yes, sometimes I even slept on the streets. And still — it was the best time of my life.

Recently, I hitchhiked across all of Russia without money. It was a conscious decision, a test of my will and my heart — and it became my perfect journey.

Traveling is not just my hobby; it’s a part of my life. I am a teacher, psychologist, writer, and a practitioner of meditation and energy work. In my city, Saint Petersburg, I help people find themselves and provide psychological support and guidance.

And now, my heart is calling me back on the road again.

I’m planning to travel the world, help people, and cultivate kindness. I truly want to live close to nature, help on farms, and take care of animals.

Moreover, I can teach you meditation and special breathing techniques that can help you explore yourself and unlock your inner strength.

Thank you for reading this small story of my life. I hope we’ll meet soon and have a chance to connect in person.

    With all my heart,
    Rafael Saar 🙏

    My skills and experience:

I’m someone who loves meaningful work, nature, and real human connection — and I bring both people skills and hands-on practical abilities to every project I join.

My background is in teaching, psychology, and group facilitation. For years I worked as a school teacher and camp leader, guiding children and teenagers, organizing activities, creating safe spaces, and bringing harmony and structure into group environments. I know how to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and keep things running smoothly.

But beyond my pedagogical experience, I’m genuinely passionate about life on the land. During my travels I spent time volunteering on farms and in eco-villages, and I discovered how much I enjoy physical work, teamwork, and living close to nature.

I can offer real help with:
    • Animal care: feeding, cleaning, daily routines, giving gentle attention and support
    • Gardening & farming: planting, weeding, harvesting, soil care, greenhouse work
    • Eco-living: composting, mulching, sustainable practices, learning new methods quickly
    • Construction & maintenance: basic building, carrying materials, painting, repairs
    • Community support: cooking, household help, hosting guests, keeping a warm, friendly atmosphere
    • Workshops & activities: mindfulness, breathwork, emotional balance practices, creative sessions

I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, love working outdoors, and adapt easily to new rhythms and lifestyles. I enjoy learning new skills and contributing to projects that aim to live in harmony with nature.

I bring reliability, openness, good humor, and a lot of enthusiasm. Whether it’s helping in the garden, taking care of animals, supporting the community, or sharing practices with guests — I’m ready to be useful and fully involved.

  • What else ...

I enjoy living an active and mindful lifestyle. I practice breathwork, meditation, and simple energy practices that help bring calm and balance to daily life. I’m also happy to share my experience with meditation and breathwork sessions with anyone who is curious or would like to try.

In my free time I love hiking, connecting with nature, reading, and learning about different cultures. I enjoy cooking healthy meals, taking care of animals, and working with my hands — whether it’s fixing something, creating small projects, or helping with daily tasks.

I appreciate community life, open communication, and simple moments like sharing meals, conversations, or spending time outdoors. I’m a positive, curious person who enjoys meeting new people and learning something new every day.
