We’re an open-minded and reliable couple from Germany — Rebecca, a social worker, and Quentin, who recently completed his Master’s in Business Psychology. We're currently traveling through Canada on a work and travel adventure and love the idea of exchanging our time and energy for meaningful experiences.

What truly motivates us is learning by doing, meeting inspiring people, and discovering new ways of life. We love being outdoors, enjoy hands-on tasks, and are always curious to explore new challenges. Whether it's working in the garden, helping around the house, supporting creative projects, or looking after animals — we bring a positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to get involved wherever we’re needed.

We’re both very active and love doing sports in our free time, especially outdoors. We’re also huge animal lovers — spending time with pets always brings us joy. For us, happiness means being part of something purposeful, having a good laugh with others, and making a positive contribution while learning along the way.

We bring a wide range of practical skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude. We’ve gained experience through WWOOFing in Canada and are always eager to take on new challenges and learn from others.

Gardening and light farming are areas we both enjoy — We both grew up taking care of home gardens, and through WWOOF we’ve helped with planting, weeding, harvesting, composting, and general farm maintenance.

We’re also comfortable with housekeeping tasks like cleaning, organizing, laundry, and especially cooking — we enjoy preparing meals together and are happy to help in the kitchen, whether it’s following recipes or lending a hand with prep and cleanup.

We both love animals and have experience in pet care and sitting, including stays through the platform TrustedHousesitters. We’re confident and caring around dogs, cats, and smaller animals, and are happy to walk, feed, play with, or look after pets as needed.

Most importantly, we’re open, curious, and motivated to learn. Even if we haven’t done a specific task before, we’re quick learners, happy to follow instructions, and not afraid to get our hands dirty. We enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and we bring a responsible and reliable attitude to every task.

What else ...

In our free time, we love being active and spending time outdoors — going for walks in nature, hiking, or playing sports. We're also big sports fans and enjoy watching all kinds of sports, especially soccer, but we're always open to discovering new ones and joining in the excitement, whatever the game.

We also enjoy cooking together and love trying out new recipes or learning local dishes — food is a big part of how we experience new places. In the evenings, we're happy to wind down with a board game or card game, and we enjoy friendly company and good conversations just as much as quiet moments.

Overall, we’re curious, easygoing, and always happy to be part of whatever everyday life brings.
