Description
We are a couple currently travelling New Zealand on working holiday visa. We have been road tripping the South Island and are looking for some spots to settle down and have some extended stays. I (Patrick) will be leaving country in early winter, Ashley will be staying through to the spring and is looking for a community to spend the winter. We are travelling in an SUV with a rooftop tent that gets used weather permitting. We have experience in hospitality, housekeeping and property maintenance. Most recently we were doing a work stay at a campground near the Abel Tasman. We are always looking for new experiences and are keen to meet fellow travellers and locals alike.

I have a lots of experience in property maintenance, I spent two years working at a golf course cutting a lot of grass, helping out in the gardens and using all kinds of tools. I’m on a mission to learn as many new and useful skills as I can as I hope to one day have a property of my own and being able to maintain and be a as self reliant as possible is a big goal.
Ashley is a trained accountant in the United States but was inspired by a vacation to New Zealand to leave her 9-5 and explore different opportunities around the world. Since she came to New Zealand she has done housekeeping, worked in a food truck as a sandwich artist as well as an accountant and is keen to pick up more skills that she can use in her travels. She is enthusiastic and a fast learner.
We are both open to a wide range or work and would love to pitch in in any way we can.

Nothng was ever a problem, they could see things that needed doign withiout beinbg asked, very pleasant to have around and to chat with, very hard working.
