I really enjoy the feeling I get when I'm cycling through a place I've never been before. That feeling of is hard to describe but for a while I forget the world and can be in the moment.

Hello folks,
I hope everyone's well and enjoying there travels.
So far, I have been fortunate to travel to several countries. From as far from Scotland(home base) as New Zealand and have explored Tanzania when I was discovering my father's side of my family. I enjoyed a cycling holiday in Slovenia that let me to return to the Balkans for 5 weeks were one of my strongest memories was when I met a wonderful woman called Sandra who cared for over 200 stray dogs above Dubrovnik. I have been to Europe several times and most recently in North Holland at a retreat to help me recalibrate after walking away from the comfortable trap I woke up to one day.
I have also explored the UK extensively on my time off from my job in the railway. From motorcycling around the Scottish Highlands with friends to volunteering in Cornwall and Devon on a rewilding estate.
I also am using and learning about open source computers and would like to find someone who also enjoys this and can maybe teach me something so I can be a bit more technologically independent. Right now I just really appreciate the ethics of FOSS in the era of big tech.
I also am considering doing a C.E.L.T.A or TEFL course so if someone has any recommendations please holla. I guess I would like to somewhere sunny for winter as well.
In terms of skills am very adaptable but enjoy landscaping and physical team work like building. Iove helping people and am a very empathetic person.
