Description
Hello everybody ;)
I'm Oliver from Germany, new here, 32 years old, a private teacher for almost 15 years (Maths, English and what else is needed; I'm also looking for a way to teach German here) and I worked in a school for kids with all kind of disabilities. That's why I consider myself as very resilient, empathetic and patient, which is so important for kids with so many differen and special needs. I love working with children, because they're authentic, genuine and honest and they appreciate everything you do with or for them. That fulfills my heart.
I'm an open minded, caring, sensitive, funny, sporty and most importantly honest person and always up for an adventure.
I got a bachelor degree in Economics. While covid controlled our life, I realized, that I don't want to work for a big company to make someone, who doesn't even know my name, even richer than he or she already is. That's why I switched to the social sector although the payment is not that good.
For me it's way more important to be rich at heart instead of your bank account.
I've been traveling in the Philippines since Oktober 22nd and I will continue as long as the money allows me to do. So I'm also very grateful for every recommendation :)))
I'm here to find my inner self (connection between mind, body and soul) and to explore new cultures, new places and to see how the locals live and what they have to do to overcome the daily problems of life.
That's why I've already started to collect money from family and friends to donate it to the people who need it the most. And I've already bought games and toys for kids and schools and I continue this path as it is my purpose of life. I joined a wonderful ceremony on Siquijor island and now I know what to do.
WHAT I'VE ALREADY DONE:
GAMES AND TOYS FOR KIDS AND SCHOOLS
3 SCHOOLS on SIQUIJOR,
1 DAYCARE CENTER on PANGLAO
1 GUESTHOUSE on CAMIGUIN
STREETKIDS in CEBU
MEDICINE for an INJURED MAN in CEBU
STREET DOGS
STREETKIDS
BUT I'm also interested in learning new things, helping in other ways and spend a wonderful time with wonderful people from all over the world, especially the locals.
Sharing is caring and honesty is the best policy.

It was just magical, like the island itself!
I spend 3 wonderful weeks at this place and it was even better than I thought.
The people are welcoming, friendly and helpful in every way possible how I was used to it from the locals (here as well).
You learn a lot about other cultures, beliefs and attitudes.
