Hey, I'm Michaela, 20, from Germany, looking forward to meet new people and learn new skills and about other cultures (especially their food - I'm a big foodie ).
At the moment I am studying Architecture here in Germany, and always looking for new inspiration and always open for diy projects.
In my freetime I love to cook (vegetarian, preferably vegan food) and i love to do sports. Actually I'm doing Krav Maga and working out at home, but recently I found fun in running too :)
I also love to read or play board games when someone is around.

As I am from Germany I speak German and English, but I'm always ready to learn a new language.
2024 I started studying Architecture, through that and some projects at home I've got some basic knowledge about renovation and diy projects.
Besides that I can help with household chores and I think I'm a pretty good cook.
When we got a dog for our family, I helped teaching him rules and tricks, so I'm sure I could also work with other dogs or animals as well.

It was really lovely to have Michaela as part of our family for the 3 weeks she stayed with us. She is helpful, kind, considerate, fast at chopping vegetables, happy to participate and contribute, can work independently, flexible, creative... A really pleasant experience in all. I got to enjoy the beautyful nature of Finland for three weeks and Sini and Florian (and the kids of course!) were the best hosts for that. Elin and Thomas were truly wonderful hosts!
I got to help with diy and carpenter project (access to all kinds of cool tools), some cleaning, cooking and just little things around the house.
Working time usually started around 10am for a few hours, then lunchbreak and some work in the afternoon, but there was never a rush.

Michaela stayed with us for about four weeks on our farm, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! She is extremely hardworking, skilled with tools, and very knowledgeable in carpentry.
