I’m Melvin, a 26 yo French pastry chef in luxury hotels and restaurants.

I’m travelling in New Zealand for a year with no fixed plan, open to new people, skills, and places.

I can help with cooking, general house tasks, gardening, simple repairs, and hosting guests – I’ve even managed my own Airbnb back in France, still remotely manage all aspects of the property, from bookings to operations, including cleaning schedules and maintenance work.

I’m sociable, reliable, and happy to work independently or as part of a team.
