We have always dreamed of living in another country, pursuing a different lifestyle, and getting closer to nature. Jean-Baptiste grew up in the countryside on his family farm and was a Boy Scout for 10 years, which we think is the reason he loves the outdoors so much! Mathilde loves helping others, making them happy, and sharing things; she feels this is where she belongs. This is mainly the reason she works in a museum. Together, we wish to learn, share what we know, and discover new things alongside other people and cultures.

As a former Boy Scout, the son of farmers, and an engineering graduate, Jean-Baptiste is very resourceful. He has hands-on experience with all types of farm work, including tractor driving and livestock handling.
Mathilde is also highly versatile: she has volunteered on painting and cleaning projects and has worked in restaurant service. She is now a project manager in a museum, where she is known for her strong organization skills and attention to detail.
We both grew up around animals and take great care of them.
We hope to be a positive, adaptable, and helpful presence wherever we stay, and we are excited to meet new people and discover new environments.
