Hi, My name is Mateo! I am currently 20 years old and I live in California and just spent this past summer working as a cook in Yellowstone national park. Throughout the past year I've spent most of my free time learning French (mostly through podcasts and youtube videos), photography and filmmaking. I love music (mostly soul music, 90s hip hop, and abstract hip hop) and I also love watching movies and tv. Recently in my life I've tried to make efforts to live life less seriously and try to follow my heart and do the things that I want to do while I'm still young (travel, meet people, have fun, etc.). I have a spent a lot of my life enjoying naturing, going to the beach, backpacking, hiking etc. So I feel at home when I get to work outside. In terms of experience I have spent 3 months working in a kitchen as a cook, and I also just spent two weeks working on a goat farm here in France, guarding the goats, feeding the animals and cleaning the farm. I also have a little bit of woodworking experience (I took two years of woodworking in middle school so it has been a little bit :) ) and I have also been doing computer science for about 4 years now.
