Hi there! I'm Marta, a 27-year-old from Italy, currently based in NSW.
What motivates me most is the chance to connect with new people and contribute to local projects while exploring the world. I find true happiness in being active and helpful; I’m not the type to sit still for long!
I have a solid background in hospitality, so I genuinely enjoy the "people" side of things—welcoming guests and sharing stories. However, my real drive comes from variety. I’m just as happy organizing a reception desk as I am getting my hands dirty with gardening, kitchen prep, or general maintenance.
Having studied graphic design, I also bring a strong creative edge to the team. I’m highly proficient with computers and digital tools, but I also love "manual" creativity and hands-on projects. Whether you need help with social media and branding or some artistic DIY around the property, I’ve got you covered!

I’m a very active person and I thrive when I’m doing manual work. I’m physically fit and not afraid of getting my hands dirty or working in tough weather conditions. I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing the immediate results of physical labor, whether it’s clearing land, gardening, or assisting with basic building and maintenance tasks.
My background in graphic design isn’t just for a desk; it translates into a strong manual dexterity. I have a great eye for detail and I love applying my creativity to practical projects like painting, DIY repairs, or organizing spaces efficiently and aesthetically.
I am a proactive communicator and a quick learner. I am an Italian native speaker, I am fluent in English, and I also have a basic knowledge of Spanish. I’m looking to challenge myself, learn new rural skills, and contribute my energy to projects that are closely connected to nature. -
