  • Description

Hi, I’m Marlou, a 20-year-old traveler from Germany currently on a gap year. After a two-month backpacking trip through Southeast Asia I realized how much I love exploring new places and connecting with people from all over the world. The open and social atmosphere in hostels is something that makes traveling really special for me. I’m a friendly, reliable and creative person who enjoys teamwork, meeting new people and helping create a welcoming environment. In my free time I like painting, decorating and doing little art craft projects.

More details about my language interests
I would love to learn some Turkish because I’m half Turkish, but can’t understand or speak anything and since I’m a child I always wanted to learn Italian. When I started taking Spanish classes in school, I also realized that I would love to become a better Spanish speaker and I don’t want to forget about the language since I am out of school.
